• As an Engineering Manager, he directed and managed high-performing teams of Transmission Design Engineers and Strategic Technology Planners, delivering critical support to Los Angeles and Ventura counties while fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.

• His responsibilities included spearheading the evaluation of new network equipment implementation costs and analyzing system performance impacts—ensuring that technical and basic service requirements for growing communities were met with forward-thinking solutions.

• As California Regional Manager for Site Acquisition, Mr. Hamlin skillfully negotiated leases with major commercial building owners, property managers, and commercial portfolio managers, consistently securing advantageous agreements that fueled organizational growth.
